Returns & Refunds

We sell products from various brands and they have different return policies. Please check the product's refund policy or contact customer support if any questions or concerns. 

Please note, not all products can be returned, and not all products can be returned for free. Products like luxury formal dresses (prom, gala, evening dresses) can't be returned. All European products can be returned for a flat fee of $14.90 to cover the shipping cost.

If a return is accepted, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and ship the product. Please note, we will not accept packages that are shipped back without pre-approval from us. If the return policy is not stated in the product description, please check with customer service though the chat or by email at

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and unwashed. 

We offer free returns: 

  1. In case the wrong size is shipped from our side, a return label will be sent.
  2. In case of broken/missing parts of shoes, defects or quality issues with a particular order, we will be sending the return label and replacing the product after checking the returned product.

The shipping cost will be paid by the customer:

  1. In case the product ordered by the customer does not fit.
  2. Customer ordered the wrong product.
  3. Customer changed his mind.

To start a return you can :

1) Contact us at or submit a return request online and we’ll send you a return shipping label.

To submit a return request online login:

1. Log in to your account:

  • In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items such as custom orders, luxury products or used items cannot be returned.

Exchanges are not accepted. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received the return, and we will issue a refund. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, it might take 7-10 business days.
